Terrible customer service after the sale!

Pros: Fair design, component mounts all lined up correctly.

Cons: Intolerable customer service, front cover wouldn't close after mounting sound controller, no fan grill, filter.

The Bottom Line: Even if a product is great (this one isn't) customer service like this should put these companies out of business.

Pros: Holds a lot of drives and plenty of air flow, very nice looking

Cons: No power supply, quality control may vary.

The Bottom Line: The bottom line just builds a computer in a milk crate...
