Pros: Too expensive and heavy for a paper-weight!

Cons: Ghosts and two visible vertical Trinitron lines for a total of four annoying lines!

The Bottom Line: Steer clear of this garbage box and avoid the hassle and disappointment. My opinion about NEC changed 180 degrees.

Review: I've had this monitor in my mind for many months because its specs were excellent and I thought other 17" NEC monitors were awesome. I was looking forward to high resolutions at high refresh rates.

If you like ghosts...

Pros: Accommodating customer service (for the most part) from NEC-Mitsubishi

Cons: Ghosting issue Loud de-gauss noise when waking up from power-saving mode

The Bottom Line: There is a contradiction in a monitor that supports 2048x1536 resolution at 80Hz, yet cannot be used above 1280x1024 because of overwhelming text ghosting. Get a DiamondPro2060u instead.
